ORDER

This Revision is directed by the petitioner against the judgment of the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in Crl.A.No.412 of 2007, by and under which the learned Sessions Judge dismissed the appeal while altering the sentence of imprisonment from two years to six months and sentence of fine from Rs.5,000/- to Rs.10,000/-. It is represented that sole petitioner/accused died and the learned Public Prosecutor also confirmed the same.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Revision shall stand closed.
