CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of writ of habeas corpus, by directing the respondents to produce Koppada Yagnasri D/o.Keshava Narayana, aged 17 years (for short 'alleged detenue') and set her at liberty.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. A perusal of the proceeding sheet shows that in the order dated 21.11.2017 passed during the previous hearing, this Court considered the report of the Sub-Inspector of Police dated 13.11.2017 and took note of its contents, which reveal that the alleged detenue who was in the advanced stage of pregnancy, is happy to stay with respondent No.6. The order also noted that the alleged detenue will be attaining the age of majority on 26.03.2018.

In view of the fact that the alleged detenue has attained majority, she is free to take her own decisions and live with whomsoever she would like to.

Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as such.
