CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA.No.595 of 2018 Dt:29.8.2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order, dated 17.5.2018, in I.A.No.555 of 2018 in O.S.No.343 of 2018 on the file of the Vacation Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. At the hearing, Mr. G.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the appellants, submitted that the dispute involved in this appeal is settled out of Court.

In view of the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
