Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. N. Krishna Rao, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.
It is stated that the petitioner's father Md. Shareef died on 30.11.2011 in harness while working as General Mazdoor with respondents' company. The petitioner made an application dated 18.6.2012 seeking compassionate appointment in place of his deceased father in terms of the policy of the respondents, but the said application/representation is still pending with the respondents.
Hence the writ petition.
Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and necessary orders will be passed expeditiously. In view of that, this writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application/representation for compassionate appointment in terms of the company's policy by taking into consideration the legal heir certificate and entitlement of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
