Raghavendra Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that in view of the order passed by the Government of Telangana in G.O.Rt.No.245 dated 24.04.2017, the appellants may be required to challenge the said G.O., and it would suffice, if they are granted permission to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to question G.O.Rt.No.245 dated 24.04.2017.
