HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.15321 of 2014 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the subject auto was auctioned on 03.8.2015. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector concerned.

In view of the above letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
