HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.254 of 2017 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 04.01.2017 in Crl.MP.No.238 of 2016 in M.C.No.47 of 2016 passed by the XIV Additional District Judge-cum-Additional Family Judge, Vijayawada, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ husband.

Heard.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that the lower Court allowed the Crl.MP. filed under Section 125(1) Cr.P.C. by 2nd respondent/ wife herein, to grant interim maintenance of Rs.30,000/ - p.m., directing the petitioner herein, to pay interim maintenance of Rs.8,000/ - p.m. to the 2nd respondent. Since there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the M.C. within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, it is made clear that in deciding the M.C., what the interim maintenance awarded can no way influence the mind of the lower Court.
