This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not paying the compensation to the petitioner's land admeasuring 100 square yards in Plot No.26 of Arunodaya Cooperative housing Society, Madapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, acquired for the purpose of widening of Hi-Tech City road and also in not considering and disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated. 31-072006. A counter-affidavit, dated.07-09-2011, is filed by the 2nd respondent wherein in paragraph No.5, the 2nd respondent categorically admitted that the land has been affected under proposed 36 Mtrs road as per Cybarabad Development Authority Master Plan approved by the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide G.O.Ms.No.538, MA, dated.29-10-2001; and also admitted that compensation will be paid by the concerned authorities.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent-District Collector, Ranga Reddy District to take steps for making payment of the compensation and all other benefits to which the petitioner is entitled as per law within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
