HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.814 of 2009 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order, dated 25.03.2009, in Criminal Appeal No.160 of 2008 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chittoor at Mandanapalle.

Both the counsel submitted that a direction may be given to the trial Court to dispose of D.V.C.No.2 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of submission made by learned counsel for both parties, the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chittoor at Madanapalle, is hereby directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.2 of 2008, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision case shall stand closed.
