THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26387 OF 2017 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that he was elected as Municipal Corporator and during his tenure he also worked as a member of the Municipal Corporation Standing Committee. It is also his case that he was falsely implicated in criminal cases and a rowdy sheet was opened against him. Therefore, he made representations on 01.09.2015 and 03.08.2017 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 seeking to close the rowdy sheet opened against him. Considering the nature of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take a decision on the representations made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
