Heard Mr. P. R. Balaram Reddy for petitioner and Mr. Ravindra for respondents.

Petitioner substantially complains against the respondents in not paying the pending bills amounting to Rs.42 lakhs apart from security and performance deposit of Rs.15 lakhs as illegal and unconstitutional. 3.
On instructions, Mr. Ravindra, states that respondents 3 to 5 will take all steps required for looking into the account of petitioner, consider the representation dated 08.02.2016 and make payment, as is warranted in accordance with the agreement, within three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and accepted. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:
1. Petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the representation along with copy of this order within one week from today.
2. Respondents are directed to dispose of the representation and make payment as stated above with three (3) weeks.
