Gagiredd Mahendar , Mahendar Reddy v. The State Of Telangana
Date: 1.11.2019 Between :
Gagireddy Mahender @ Mahendar Reddy Petitioner And State of Telangana, rep. by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Secretariat Building, Hyderabad & others.
Respondents This court made the following :
ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record.
2.
The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mancherial vide orders dated 3.2.2018, while setting aside the orders of the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar granting mutation in favour of petitioner on 7.4.2016, remitted the matter to the Tahsildar to consider the issue afresh, but so far the Tahsildar is not taking any steps which is causing great hardship to the petitioner.
3.
If what is contended in the writ petition is true and if there are no proceedings pending, the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar is directed to finalise the claim of the petitioner for mutation in respect of land to an extent of Ac.4-13 guntas in Sy.No.445 of Choudepally village as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner.
4.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J Date: 1.11.2019 DA
