THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Second Appeal No.1351 of 2006 JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the sole appellant had died on 11.11.2013 and that the said fact was already brought to the notice of this Court and a copy of death certificate of the deceased appellant is also filed into Court and that no steps have been taken till date and that the appeal already stood abated by operation of law. Recording the submission, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this appeal shall also stand dismissed.
