On previous occasion, i.e., 08.11.2018 when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner-School and the matter is directed to be listed on 09.11.2018 under the caption 'for Dismissal'.

Despite the matter is listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal', none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
