ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner. It was noticed that writ petition is filed by three petitioners who are working in different capacities i.e., first petitioner is working as Commissioner, second petitioner was working as Manager and retired from service and third petitioner is Senior Assistant. So grounds of challenge against disciplinary action differ from petitioner to petitioner, whereas, common plea was raised. Having realized this aspect, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file independent writ petitions. Granting leave as sought for, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
