This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to quash the proceedings in Crime No.996 of 2010 of P.S. Kukatpally, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
