CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.14977 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction preferably a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the orders passed in CD.No.722 of 2005 on the file of District Consumer Forum-III, Hyderabad, which is confirmed in F.A.No.242 of 2007 and 606 of 2008 by the 2nd respondent on 20.11.2009 as illegal, contrary to law, without proper appreciation and consequently set aside the same as illegal in the interests of justice."
At the hearing, Mr.KSS.Harsha, learned Counsel representing Mr.KV.Bhanu Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that his clients are willing to avail the remedy of revision before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and that therefore, the Writ Petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioners to avail the said remedy.
In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed without adjudicating the same on merits and with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.14977 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 05-07-2010, as modified by order, dated 26.07.2010, is vacated and WPMP.No.18875 of 2010, is disposed of as infructuous.
