CVNR, J & MSKJ, J Crl.A.No.1536 of 2010 Dt:25.10.216 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The sole appellant, who was the accused in Sessions Case No.78 of 2010 on the file of the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Nizamabad at Kamareddy, filed this Criminal Appeal against his conviction for the offences under Sections-411 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sentencing him to undergo imprisonment for one year for the offence under Section-411 IPC and to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Seciton-302 IPC. At the hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, on instructions, submitted that the appellant has died.
