THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.29191 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the second respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Gurazala, Guntur District, in issuing proceedings, dated 22.05.2015 suspending the authorization of the petitioner in respect of fair price shop No.15 of Kakirala Village, Durgi Mandal, Guntur District, on the ground of violation of Clause 5 (5) of the Andhra Pradesh State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008. Today, when the matter is taken up today, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents places before this Court a copy of the proceedings, dated 15.09.2017 issued by the second respondent and submits that after enquiry, the petitioner's authorization, which was suspended, was restored to him by the said proceedings. In those circumstances, there cannot be any further grievance to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
