Heard Ms. Anitha, representing Sri D. Goverdhana Chary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Cooperation.

This writ petition is filed seeking the following - "...to issue a writ or order or direction more in the nature kof writ of mandamus declaring the impugned order passed by the respondent No.2 in his proceedings No.YLNSCUB/2007 dated 29.12.2007 ceasing the petitioner to be a member of the managing committee of the Yadagiri Lakshminarsimhaswamy Cooperative Urban Bank Limited, Bhongir and the subsequent action of the respondent No.2 in not disposing the revision / granting order as bad, illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to the Provisions of the APSC Act and Rules, 1964; while issuing a consequential direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner to function as Member of the managing committee of the said bank in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders...."

This Court while issuing Rule Nisi on 19.02.2008 granted interim suspension of the impugned order.

As can be seen from the record, the term of the Managing Committee has been expired as of now. However, a submission has been made on behalf of the petitioner that after expiry of the term, the petitioner was once again elected as a Member of the Managing Committee. In view of the same, the relief claimed in the writ petition has become infrucutuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infrucutous. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
