ORDER:

Husband of petitioner worked as Secondary Grade Teacher before his death. In this writ petition petitioner is claiming terminal benefits accrued to the account of her husband. As grievance of petitioner relates to the employment in State of Andhra Pradesh, petitioner has to avail remedy as provided under Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 before A.P.Administrative Tribunal. As held by Supreme Court in L.Chandra Kumar v. Union of India and others1, Administrative Tribunal is the Court of first instance to adjudicate the service grievance and aggrieved person has to first to avail remedy before the A.P.Administrative Tribunal. Thus, Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to petitioner to avail remedy as available under the Administrative Tribunals Act 1985. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
