HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Civil Revision Petition No.545 of 2010 ORDER:

This revision is filed aggrieved by the order dated 25-11-2009 in EP.No.16 of 2008 in O.S.No.92 of 2006 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner straightaway submits that revision can be disposed with a direction by granting time for payment of the decreetal amount.

In view of the same, this Court is not going into the validity of the impugned order and as such, the same is confirmed. However, the petitioner is granted three months time for payment of decreetal amount from today. In default, it is open for the decreeholder to execute the decree. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
