THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.20956 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise.

The material on record discloses that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Vijayawada, on 12.06.2018 but no orders have been passed so far, despite lapse of considerable length of time.

Having heard the learned counsel on either side, and as the representation, dated 12.06.2018, is still pending consideration before the second respondent, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 12.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. Accordingly, Writ Petition is also disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
