Alleging that the respondents disconnected the power supply to Service Connection No.648 pertaining to petitioner's bore well situated in different survey numbers admeasuring Acs.6.06 guntas of Nagaram Village, Parkal Mandal, Warangal District, this Writ Petition is filed.

This Court, by order dated 17.04.2013, granted interim direction as prayed for.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the respondents are supplying power supply to the petitioner's Service Connection, referred to above.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to disconnect the petitioner's power supply, unless he is defaulted in payment of electricity charges or violated any of the terms of granting power supply. However, this order does not come in the way of the respondents in taking action against the petitioner on the complaint filed against him. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
