Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-authorieis. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, he submitted representations on 23.04.2018 and 24.04.2018 to the respondent-authorities, but no action has been taken so far on the said representations.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representations are pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and proper further action will be taken, as per law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent-authorities to verify the representations, dated 23.04.2018 and 24.04.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action on the said representations, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
