THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19786 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, for respondent No.1 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, for respondent No.2. With consent of the counsel appearing for both parties, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of the respondents dated 06.06.2016 vide UC/14/TPS/Cir-12/WZ/GHMC/2016 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents or their staff not to take any action on the above proceedings dated 06.06.2016 till the disposal of BRS application No.200012154 dated 25.02.2016 made by the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner gave reply dated 18.06.2016 to the show cause notice dated 06.06.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent and the same was received by the authorities concerned on 20.06.2016.

4. In view of the above, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC submits that non consideration of reply dated 18.06.2016 given by the petitioner would not arise since the same was received by the authorities concerned only on 20.06.2016.

5. Having regard to the above, and without going into the

merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent authorities to pass orders on the reply dated 18.06.2016 given by the petitioner pursuant to the show cause notice dated 06.06.2016, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
