Petitioner is presently working as Attender in St. George's Grammar School for Boys, Abids, Hyderabad. Petitioner is aggrieved by the notice dated 02.03.2018 informing him that he would retire from service on 31.05.2018. The School where petitioner is working is under private management. Petitioner is not working in aided post. As he is an employee of private school and there is no public law element involved in this writ petition and the claim of the petitioner is to direct the management to retire him on attaining the age of superannuation as per his assessment of age Writ petition is not maintainable. Leaving it open to petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law, writ petition is dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
