THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.27108 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The prayer in the writ petition is for a writ of habeas corpus to produce the son of the petitioner from the illegal custody of the police authorities.

There was no representation for the petitioner when this matter was taken up for hearing on 16.08.2016. Learned Special Government Pleader for the State of Andhra Pradesh informed this Court that the alleged detenu was not required in connection with any crime and that he has not been taken into custody. The matter was accordingly directed to be posted for dismissal on 23.08.2016. Today, the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal' but there is no representation, yet again for the petitioner or her learned counsel.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petition shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
