THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.5134 of 2013 ORDER:

The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners herein in Cr.No.87 of 2013 of Bichkunda Police Station, Nizamabad District. There is no representation for the petitioners. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigating agency, after completion of investigation in Cr.No.87 of 2013, has filed final report on 19-12-2013 stating that the dispute is of civil in nature.

In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
