Mohd Akber Khan S/o Mohd Khaja Khan 58 yrs General Secretary NTR Nagar Slum Dwellers Uplifting Society, R/o 11-21-1050 NTR Nagar, L B Nagar, RR District Petitioners And The State of Telangana Rep by its Principal Secretary Revenue Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad and others Respondents The Court made the following:

COMMON ORDER:

After making elaborate submissions, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to avail the appropriate remedies by the aggrieved persons on the alleged regularization.

According to learned counsel for petitioners, by virtue of the regularization granted in favour of unofficial respondents, others are affected. If that is so, it is always open to the individuals who are affected by the regularization by the Government under G O Ms No. 59 dated 30.12.2014 to ventilate their grievances. The present writ petition, though filed by the General Secretary of NTR Nagar Slum Dwellers Uplifting Society, it appears from the statement made by learned counsel for petitioners that it is not the grievance of the association but it is individual grievance.

In view of the above, writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open to the members of the petitioner association to work out their grievances against regularization, if any. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed. __________________ P NAVEEN RAO,J DATE: 24.10.2017 TVK
