THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NOS.8568 & 8580 OF 2023 COMMON ORDER:

These Criminal Petitions are filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 2 in Crime.No.701 of 2023 on the file of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 370, 370(A)(2) of IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

Since the petitioners in both the petitions are accused Nos.3 and 2 in the very same crime, both the petitions are heard together and disposed off by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondentState and perused the record.

The Raidurgam Police conducted search of the premises at Gachibowli. Having entered the premises, they found the petitioner/A-2 was organizing and making arrangements for running brothel business and A-2 was assisting him. The Police during the search identified female sex workers and also conducted seizure. 5.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that false case has been filed against these petitioners and requested for grant of regular bail. 6.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that there are no criminal antecedents against these petitioners.

Since there are no other criminal antecedents against these petitioners, the prayer of regular bail is accepted and petitioners are granted regular bail, subject to following conditions:
i) The petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 2 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of
V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.
ii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 2 after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer at 10:00 a.m. everyday for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
iii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, these Criminal Petitions are allowed. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
