This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N SREENIVASA YADAV, Advocate for the Petitioner and SRI JITHENDER RAO VEERAMALLA, the Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1 and none appeared for the Respondent No.2.

This criminal petition is filed seeking h: quash the proceedings in C.C. No.170 of 2020 againsi the petitionerAccused No.2 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sangareddy, for the offences under Sections 468, 471,427 and 506 lPC.

Heard Mr.Nagula Srinivas Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner subnrits that there are no allegations levelled by the de facto complainant against the petitioner herein and the averments of charge sheet also do not disclose any specific overt acts against the petitioner and prayed to quash the proceedings.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that t , l there are specific allegations against the petitioner elicited through the statements of the witnesses and that the matter is pending for trial before the trial court vide CC no. l70 of 2020.

Perused the record.

6. A perusal of the record discloses that the CC is registered for the offences 468,471,427 and 506 IPC and the matter is pending before the trial court. The case pertains to the year 2020. Hence, in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispense with the presence of the petitioner before the trial court and to direct the trial court to dispose of the matter at the earliest.

Accordingly this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the trial court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible, and dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial court provided he is represented by a counsel before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall appear before the trial court whenever his presence is required during the course of trial Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed SD/- P.PONNA Atlr /TRUE COPY// ON OFFICER II To,
