Dharavath Venkanna v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.20903 OF 2018
O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner, sought the permission of this court to delete the 2nd respondent from the cause title. Permission accorded and the petitioner deleted the 2nd respondent from the cause title.
Revision filed by the petitioner is pending before the 1st respondent and by the impugned order dated 01.06.2018 in Memo No.2603/LTR-1/2018 dated 1.06.2018, interim direction sought for by the petitioner was rejected. During pendency of appeal, appellate authority did not grant any stay and hence at this stage, this court is not inclined to grant any interim order, since admittedly petitioner is not in possession of the subject land. No case is made out for grant of interim order pending appeal. As the revision filed by the petitioner is pending, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner after issuing notices to all the effected parties, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. --------------------------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:22-06-2018 AVS
