This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the unofficial respondents.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is stated in the affidavit that the unofficial respondents conspired and induced the petitioner and his family members with an intention to grab his property. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent. But no action has been taken so far. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The 2nd respondent is directed to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.12.2016, if it discloses any cognizable offence."
