HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.23987, 24154 and 24158 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

When the matters are taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioners as well as Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.2475 of 2019 and batch, dated 19.02.2019, and contended that the present writ petitions be disposed of in terms of the above said order. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the common order dated 19.02.2019 in W.P.Nos.2475 of 2019 and batch, these writ petitions are disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondents to strictly follow the Circulars dated 09.03.2018 and 21.01.2019 issued by the respondents, without insisting for any undertaking from the petitioners, while considering their cases for referring them to the Medical Board with regard to their medical fitness for continuing in the employment.
