Sri Aka Venkataramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that when he addressed a letter to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgment due, the same was returned with an endorsement that no such Lecturer was working in the College. Learned counsel therefore states that he has no option but to report no instructions.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
