Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.
The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
" ....to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing respondent No.2 to initiate proceedings under Section 5 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, to determine as to whether and if so in what manner, the record of right may be amended in the record of right in accordance with such determination in respect of application dated 20.03.2013 made by the petitioner in respect of ancestral land admeasuring Acs.08.27 cents in Survey No.612 of Tirumala Kunti Village, Aswaraopet Mandal, Bhadradri, Kothagudem District."

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the representation dated 20.03.2013 made by the petitioner seeking amendment of record of rights in respect of ancestral property referred to above. Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the same. 4.
Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to consider the representation dated 20.03.2013 made by the petitioner in respect
CPK,J WP_168_2017 of the property in dispute and dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons if any.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
