THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.636 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner is aggrieved by the seizure of his Contract Carriage Omni Bus bearing No.AP 12 W 1301.

As the petitioner is yet to make an application to the authority concerned for release of his vehicle, the writ petition is disposed of permitting him to approach the registering authority, RTA, Hyderabad South Zone, Hyderabad, the 2nd respondent, by way of an appropriate representation seeking release of his vehicle. Upon receipt of such application, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and take appropriate action in the matter. It shall be open to the 2nd respondent to impose suitable conditions, in the event he directs release of the vehicle, including the deposit of a reasonable amount as assessed by him apart from furnishing of an undertaking by the petitioner to the effect that he would not alienate or encumber the vehicle pending further enquiry, if any.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ___________________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J Date:07.01.2016 GJ
