THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Civil Revision Petition No.3562 of 2012 O R D E R:

Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.21.09.2015 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition in view of commencement of trial in the suit before the Court below. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
