It is submitted by Sri M.Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the 1st respondent that the lis in the writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 28.08.2015 passed by this Court in WA.No.702 of 2010 and batch. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Recording the aforesaid submission, both the writ petitions are dismissed in terms of the order dated 28.08.2015, passed by this Court in WA.No.702 of 2010 and batch. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petitions, shall stand closed.
