The present writ petition is filed being aggrieved by the inaction of the fifth respondent in registering FIR on the written complaint, dated 06.10.2019, submitted by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 14.11.2019, which is placed on record of this Court, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.10.2019, a case was registered in Crime No.187 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 448 and 506 IPC, against respondents 6 and 7 herein, on the file of the fifth respondent police station, on 14.11.2019. 4.

In view of the above, since a crime has already been registered and is under investigation, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
