THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.20538 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the order of removal passed by the 2nd respondent - Depot Manager, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, Karimnagar-I Depot, Karimnagar.

02. When the matter is called, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that as against the impugned order, there is an effective alternative remedy of appeal to the Deputy Chief Traffic Manager, Karimnagar and the petitioner can avail the said remedy.

03. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner herein to avail alternative remedy of appeal as mentioned supra within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. On filing such appeal, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law. No costs.

04. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
