This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.963 of 2014 of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. It is the represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the police filed charge sheet in the above said crime, which is now sought to be quashed in this Criminal Petition, and the same is numbered as C.C.No.919 of 2015.

In that view of the matter, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies as available under law.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
