ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to the benefits for the service rendered by him prior to his removal on 28-06-1996.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation does not disputed about the entitlement of the petitioner.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-Corporation to pay the benefits to the petitioner for the service rendered by him prior to his removal on 28-06-1996, in terms of the Service Regulations of the Corporation. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
