HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.11945 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by petitioner seeking to direct respondents Nos.2 and 3 to consider his representation and to demolish the compound wall constructed unauthorizedly by the 4th respondent attaching to the main entrance gate of the petitioner's house. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that he made a representation before the official respondents Nos.2 and 3 against the unauthorized constructions made by the 4th respondent. But respondents Nos.2 and 3 have not taken any action so far. 4.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"Respondents Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law against the unauthorized constructions if any made by the 4th respondent."
