Heard Mr.Prasad Babu holding for Smt.K.Nischala for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: " ..Writ of Mandamus declaring the high-handed action of the respondents in making alterations in respect of the petitioner's land in an extent of Ac. 0. 89 cents covered by R. S. No. 10, Rayannapalem Village, Pedavegi Mandal, West Godavari District, as being arbitrary, illegal unconstitutional, biased and violative of the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to set aside the said alterations made in respect of the subject land of the petitioner..."

The 4th respondent filed counter affidavit and opposes writ prayer in all fours.

The nature of averments and the stand taken in counter affidavit warrant detail enquiry by authority. Therefore, Mr.Prasad Babu seeks liberty of the Court to represent before the 3rd respondent against all the grievances including unauthorised change of petitioner's name in revenue records. The request of Mr.Prasad Babu is accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
