ORDER
Aggrieved by the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not releasing the power supply to the subject property of the petitioner, and in insisting for production of 'Occupancy Certificate' from 4th respondent - Municipal Corporation, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3 - Southern Power Distribution Company Ltd., of Telangana and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent - Municipal Corporation. All the learned counsel submitted that the subject matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.9179 of 2019 dated 26.04.2019, and hence the same may be disposed of in terms of the said order.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and the submissions of the learned counsel, and for the reasons alike in the order passed in the above stated writ petition, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to release the power supply to the subject property of the petitioner, subject to compliance of terms and conditions of supply, and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the Occupancy Certificate from the concerned Municipal Corporation, within a period of six months.
It is made clear that if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to respondents 1 to 3, to take appropriate action in accordance with law for withdrawal of power supply. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
