Heard Sri M.Chalapathi, learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 03-07-2016 to the 3rd respondent against respondent Nos.4 and 5, but no action has been taken by 3rd respondent to register the F.I.R. and take further action in the matter.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that 3rd respondent had registered Cr.No.102 of 2016 on 20-072016. 4.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is now redressed, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to conduct investigation in the matter and file a final report in the competent Court. No costs.

5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
