THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.14110 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that by virtue of the interim order obtained in the Writ Petition, the petitioner made unauthorised construction.

Permission is accorded and if any unauthorised construction was made, it is for the respondents to take steps in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
