This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.151 of 2018 of I Town Police Station, Karimnagar.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Karimnagar and C.C.No.1360 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
